We are looking for a dedicated Community Administrator to manage the Apigee Community network, enforce community guidelines, support learners, moderate technical forums, organize events, and collect user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily community discussions and user support tickets.
- Enforce platform guidelines, safety, and anti-harassment rules.
- Coordinate community events, webinars, and mentor activities.
- Gather feature requests and feedback to share with product developers.
Technical Content Reviewer
We need an experienced Apigee / API Specialist to review user-submitted course slide decks, evaluate technical accuracy, ensure instructional quality, and maintain compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user-submitted course slide decks and quizzes prior to featuring.
- Verify technical accuracy of API code snippets and architectural descriptions.
- Ensure content adheres to copyright, trademark, and community policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to independent course instructors.
API Technical Writer & Content Creator (Contract)
Create engaging slide decks, API design tutorials, and quiz modules covering API gateway policies, OAuth 2.0 security, rate limiting, and OpenAPI specifications.
