This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all mentorship sessions and courses booked through Apigee Community.

Quick Summary
  • 24+ hours before session: Full refund (100%)
  • 2-24 hours before session: Partial refund (50%)
  • Less than 2 hours: Non-refundable
1. CANCELLATION BY STUDENTS
1.1 Full Refund (100%)

Students may cancel a session and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

1.2 Partial Refund (50%)

Students may receive a 50% refund if cancellation is made between 2-24 hours before the scheduled session to compensate the mentor for blocked calendar time.

1.3 No Refund

No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the session or in case of a student no-show.

2. CANCELLATION BY MENTORS

If a mentor cancels a confirmed session, students will receive an immediate 100% full refund regardless of timing.

3. PAYMENT HOLD & ESCROW

Payments are held securely in escrow until the session is completed and both parties confirm satisfactory completion.
